This first DVD edition of John Ford’s charming rural drama has been mastered from the best-surviving 35mm materials, which are a little blurred but feature a broad range of graytones and very-good image detail. The results look good on a high-definition monitor.

The film is accompanied by a new small-ensemble music score composed by Jonathan Kaplan and Alexander Kaplan.

The disc is only available in the Ford at Fox Collection: John Ford’s Silent Epics boxset.
