Synopsis: [From Biograph promotional materials] Admiral Dewey seats himself in his favorite chair on the quarterdeck of the “Olympia.” The mail carrier hands him the mail, and while reading, his dog “Bob” jumps on the chair beside him. The Admiral stops reading, pets the dog and takes his cap off.
