Synopsis: [From Biograph promotional materials] The English County Fair is an institution of great importance, and full of scenes which are very novel and amusing to the average American audience. This film consists of a series of amusing panoramas showing all the principal features of the best known county fair in England. Very good and close views are given of the country boys and girls enjoying the various amusements, such as swings, merry-go-rounds, donkeys, etc. A very good and excellent film throughout.
