Continental Kunstfilm Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung production. / Cinematography by Willy Hameister, Emil Schünemann and Viktor Zimmerman. / Premiered August 1912. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / The first film on the Titanic disaster. A print of the film held by German film collector Horst Lange was made known to the world in February 1998.
