Cinematography by Ubaldo Arata and Massimmo Terzano + [Segundo de Chomón]. / Released 31 March 1926. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / Pagano’s final role as Maciste. The film was released as Maciste Helvetissä in Finland on 19 October 1926. The film was released in Sweden on 25 January 1927. The film was released in the USA as Maciste in Hell by Excelsior Pictures on 26 June 1931. [?] The film was released with a synchronized soundtrack by Capital Films. [?] In at least one English language rerelease print, Pagano is listed as Ernesto Paganti.
