Königliche Bild- und Film-Amt [BUFA] production. / Cinematography by Lothar von Arnauld de la Perrière. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.37:1 format. / The film was reedited and released as an anti-German propaganda film as The Log of the U-35 in England in 1919 and in the USA in 1920.

Documentary: World War I.

Synopsis: German war propaganda film shows a German submarine’s operations in April through May 1917.

Survival status: Print exists (of the British and USA versions), and in the Film and Video Archive of the Imperial War Museum film archive [35mm positive, German version].
