Synopsis: [From Biograph promotional materials] The uncle resolves to kill the girl for her money, but supernatural happenings in the house frighten him. At last he writes to Mr. Killem, “Please come and kill my niece. Will pay the usual rate.” Killem seizes the maid by mistake and a long chase ensues before he is captured.
