Comedy.

Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Two men dressed in ordinary business suits converse with one another in what appears to be an alley (the film is artificially lighted). The gestures of the two men indicate their conversation has ended; one puts his cigar butt on the edge of a railing and they leave. A small boy picks up the butt and smokes it. The two men return to the scene as if in search of the cigar and find the small boy smoking it. One of the men turns the boy over his knee and begins spanking him. The other man jumps on the companion and as the film ends, walks out of camera position smoking the cigar.
