After publishing the review magazine Fictum Miraculum 1, I was contacted by another novice publisher, Keith L. Justice, about combining our science fiction book reviewing efforts. The result was this continuation of Keith’s publication entitled Universe SF Review, which was changed to SF Booklog in the next number.

As I recall, I helped review, edit copy, and pitched in some money. This publication was the reason I never published another issue of Fictum Miraculum, but that was no big loss. I soon realized that I wanted to do something other than publish book reviews.
