Brother of entertainer Charley Foy, entertainer Mary Foy, entertainer Madeline Foy, entertainer Eddie Foy Jr., entertainer Richard Foy, and entertainer Irving L. Foy.

Bryan Foy was a member of the famous vaudeville family act, The Seven Little Foys. Of the Foy family, Bryan Foy had the most significant career in motion pictures, with dozens of credits as a writer, director and producer.
