Chaplin
and His Impersonators
(1916-1922)

Contents: The Count (1916), Heaven Will Protect a Woiking Goil (1916) and Don’t Be Foolish (1922).

Of course, The Count (1916) features Charles Chaplin, but the attraction of this collection will be its inclusion of the Vogue comedy Heaven Will Protect a Woiking Goil (1916) featuring Priscilla Dean and Paddy McGuire, and Don’t Be Foolish (1922) directed and starring Billy West, with Frank Hayes and Tom Murray.

This DVD collection has likely been mastered from 16mm reduction prints.

We don’t recommend this collection for the Chaplin film included, as there are better presentations on DVD available. To our knowledge, the other two films premiere on DVD home video on this disc.
