For this DVD edition of Granddad (1913) a very-good to excellent 35mm print — which is only marred with a light amount of speckling, dust and scratches — has been utilized for the full-frame video transfer, which still looks OK on today’s high-definition equipment.

The films are accompanied by a custom music score performed on synthesizers by Eric Beheim.
