Died 12 February 1955 in Santa Monica, California, USA.

Brother of actor Matt Moore, actor Owen Moore, and actress Mary Moore. Married to actress Alice Joyce in 1914; daughter, actress Alice Moore; divorced. Married to actress Renée Adorée 12 February 1921; divorced. Married to Eleanor Merry in 1931.

Tom Moore worked for Kalem beginning in 1913.
