The Orpheum Theatre was originally built to be a vaudeville house, which also presented motion pictures. The Orpheum was a first-run house.
Recently, silent era films have been presented with both orchestra and Wurlitzer theater pipe organ (Style 240, Opus 1821) musical accompaniment.
