Roosevelt Theatre was a small first-run theater.

The theater was remodeled in the early 1930s in an Art Deco style, with architectural design by Richard D. King. At that time, the theater was renamed the Chotiner Parisian Theatre. In the 1940s, the theater was acquired by Fox West Coast Theaters and the name was changed to the Fox Parisian Theater. The theater was closed in 1958.
