Drama.

Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Hard indeed it is to break a bachelor’s habit, but this rural comedy proves that persistency must win out if right means be adopted. “You must be tired of your own cooking,” said father after church. “Dinner’s ready,” said Lucy Ann, and, well, she got him.

Reviews: [The Moving Picture World, 20 December 1913, page ?] A worthy picture with many excellent things in it in the way of good, human situations and skillful acting. David was played with no great feat for character and this is the more noticeable, because the girl who captures him; her father, who helps, and other rural characters, who are friends and neighbors, are acted so naturally. It is a simple love story, but the author deserves credit for working it up in so clean-cut and freshly interesting way.
