Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Through lack of sufficient playgrounds, 26,000 children are forced to play in the streets of New York’s tenement district. This interesting picture portrays the manner in which they find amusement. We see the annual May Party in Central Park; the outing clubs formed by the Fresh Air missions; a little mothers’ meeting under Brooklyn Bridge; a juvenile suffragette club; odd playhouses and many other forms of entertainment.
