From the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.37:1 format. / The film was released 17 November 1913 in the United Kingdom by A.E. Abrahams. [?] The announced British film lengths were 4200, 4500 and 4700 feet. The film was copyrighted in the United States by Lucky Film Producers on 7 March 1916 and was distributed as a five-reel film by Big A Film Corporation. AFI-F1 n. F1.2696 erroniously states that the film is a British production.

Survival Status: The film is presumed lost (a print may exist in the International Museum of Photography and Film at George Eastman House film archive).
