Released 7 November 1929. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.37:1 format. Technicolor two-strip color process sequences. Western Electric Vitaphone sound-on-disc sound system. / Cole Porter wasn’t good enough, they had to bring in Bryan and Ward! / Full-sound film.

Survival Status: The film is presumed lost : the Vitaphone sound disks survive at the UCLA Film and Television Archive film archive.
