Reviews: [Mordaunt Hall in The New York Times, 18 May 1926, page 28, column 2] A Phonofilm of the ‘Radio Franks’ is well synchronized with the action, and unusually distinct. The voices, however, sound as if the performers were singing through papier-máché masks. It is, nevertheless, quite an improvement over other subjects of this type.

Survival status: Print exists in the National Film and Sound Archive film archive.
