Ann Little
(same as Anna Little)

Born 7 February 1891 in Mount Shasta, California, USA, as Mary Brooks.
Died 21 May 1984 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Married to actor Allan Forrest on 19 August 1916; divorced 1918.

Ann Little began her professional career as a stock company player, where she was discovered in San Francisco for films. Ann began her film career working for Essanay in 1911, New York Motion Picture Company from 1911-1914, Universal Film Manufacturing Company from 1914-1915, American Film Company from 1915-1916, Selznick in 1917, Paramount Pictures Corporation from 1917-1919, Arrow from 1919-1923, and Rayart in 1925. Her adeptness at riding horses led to her long series of roles in westerns and serials. She abruptly quit her film career in the mid-1920s, and rarely talked of her filmmaking days through her death in 1984.
